Gary: I’m 65 yrs old and have been with AAA most of my adult life except for a short stint with Farmers in the Central Valley, ca and have alway been in good standings. I recently needed a home owners policy for a local residence I recently acquired and thought I’d give Farmers a try. I reached out to Chris and his staff for a quote who requested I jump through hoops, including a home inspection. Long story short the home inspector flipped off my 75 year old neighbor who was only inquiring who she was. From there they requested a roof insp. And the roof had just been replaced 1 month prior. Then they requested a plumbing report and canceled us because we were unable to meet their deadline as we were on vacation. We returned one day after their deadline date, however wouldn’t give us a break. Then Chris Dannowitz showed up at the property. The only reason we found out was because our same neighbor photographed him walking around the house. At that point we decided to go elsewhere. What a nightmare. We have never encountered this before from any insurance broker and I wouldn’t recommend this team to anyone. Lots of game playing. I hope their parent company reaches to us for review.
