I like coming to this branch because it’s convenient, Clean, and I always get the help that I need. The people working. There are often nice and helpful and help me get the information that I need. I like that you can do DMV services here as well, makes doing DMV stuff a lot less worse.

4 /5 Geezer Bob: AAA Member for years. Like this branch on Lynch Creek Way. Have the AAA Life Travel Policy too that covers getting disabled in a wreck. Thx AAA for keeping me in DMV compliance & the "Umbrella" coverage peace-of-mind.

5 /5 Charlene N: I cannot sing the praises high enough for the employees at this branch who were compassionate, infinitely patient, and persistent in trying to solve a problem for me. I was using AAA’s DMV services. The application I was completing involved printing information from my medical provider via my phone. Maggie was my first patient helper. She walked me through steps on my phone to try and proceed with my issue. Suzanne Cole then spent 45 minutes trying to assist me until we both decided that I would need to pursue this further with my medical provider. I returned later that day with the correct paperwork and Chase Jacquez processed it all seamlessly. He was personable, pleasant and efficient as possible! I know that I would NOT have had as pleasant an experience at the DMV! Thirty years of AAA membership has been worth every penny with the service they provide. Kudos, AAA Petaluma!

5 /5 Miss M: Had the best exceptional customer service with DMV issues this week. MAGGIE was professional & amazing! The information given was so useful and service was over and beyond! Observing interaction with other members I must say was very patient, informative & gracious. As well LIZ WHITE has been my insurance agent for as long as I.can remember top-notch communication that I appreciate ☆☆☆☆☆5 star attentive, extrodinary service always!
