5 /5 Caleb Dueck: Fantastic fast and friendly service. I needed to submit the title for my car and was glad that they could do it here instead of the DMV. I arrived 2 minutes before closing on a Saturday and asked if they could help me. They were friendly and super helpful answering any questions I had. The fact that theyre open in Saturdays is super helpful as otherwise id have to miss part of the work day to submit paperwork. I recently moved to the area for work and signed up for AAA over the phone. Was super convenient and the rep was helpful there too.

1 /5 Steve Zekany: Car had a dead battery this morning. Looked on the AAA website, but my membership had lapsed. Renewed membership, but couldn’t request service. Called the main number where I was kindly informed that my benefits don’t start for 48 hours. So now I’m $100 lighter and still no closer to solving my dead battery. Very cool and normal business practice you have there. Please join the 21st century with the rest of us instead of pretending to be in the 1950s. Editing to add: I emailed the address in the reply two days ago but haven’t heard anything back. This morning my account is supposed to be active after waiting two days but it’s still not. I’m going to book with a local provider instead.

5 /5 R. Celestino: Ive always enjoyed coming here to renew my DMV registration for my vehicles. Im always greeted with a smile at the welcome kiosk and I feel that its well organized. There was a lady that just walked in their cluelessly and thought she can sneak by as she walked behind me, but I quickly told the rep at the kiosk that I entered before her and they quickly put her in her place. The folks behind the DMV renewal counter are always friendly and pleasant to work with. Being a member with AAA beats going to the DMV office to get a simple task done.
