3 /5 Kevin Dahlund: My experience at Lakeport AAA consisted of a short wait (10-15 min. avg.) That wasnt bad. The staff was very nice and ready and willing 2 answer any and all questions, and I had a few, if that person didnt have an answer, they found someone that did. The whole experience was stress free, and I got all my inquiries answered. Everyone on the staff that I dealt with was great, they really made me feel that they cared, and all in all a good experience.

1 /5 Tracy Young: Waited 2 hours to talk to an agent while other agents were available. Didnt explain things well and the costumer service number is much easier and more helpful with explaining things and offering discounts that my agent should of.

1 /5 Robert Mothershed: After 40 years of staying with AAA, even after they basically became an internet insurance. They dumped our homeowners policy stating we are a high wildfire risk. We live two blocks from a fire station and are basically surrounded on three sides by grape vineyards. Betrayal is what it is. They are not betraying everyone at the same time, just a select few? Hopeful for a civil uprising to get California back on track.
