This is next to a gigantic welcome sign. How unnerving. I waited so long, I pulled up a chair. What a mistake to try to get coverage over the phone for my Toyota when my hearing is impaired. They fixed it, much to my relief. I do not know why they did not listen to my words when I told them to NOT renew the truck’s insurance for now and to just renew my Toyota. For some strange reason they did the opposite and it caused me to lose income as well as the anxiety of having to drive an uninsured vehicle to take my daughter to and from school. I EMPHASIZED that I hardly drive my truck, I use my Toyota to earn income. At least it was fixed quickly.
