5 /5 Austin Mancebo: We came back to Elan after we had him design and create my fiancées engagement ring to have him create our wedding rings. We love how easy 1800 Loose Diamonds makes the whole process. We went to the showroom downtown to decide on materials and the initial designs. We then connected with Elan via text to finalize our designs. A week or so later and the rings were ready! I needed my ring resized a few times, as my knuckles are much bigger, but Elan was always happy to help each time. Highly recommend Elan and the whole family, and will come back for any more jewelry needs in the future.
