jxps leader I asked for a taper and for exactly the opposite. The person cutting my hair did it in a rush and had the urgency to charge me $14 which is super unfair. I even showed her a picture and still did it wrong. Thinking about getting an attorney because this was definitely it right and very unprofessional. She kept talking in Spanish and laughing and because I did not speak Spanish. She kept saying “nino” which refers to kid right? We will see who’s the “nino” when I see you in court.

Daisy Lady at the front was REALLY rude I asked to use the restroom and she replied with customers only which I understand so I asked to buy something and she said no she was on her phone the WHOLE time and made me repeat myself 3 times very disappointed don’t go here there was a lady in the back passed out on a chair by the register she seemed to be a worker not sure what was going on

Diana Coyotzi ! PSA the bleach parts were my own thing. This review is about the haircut ! I’m so saddened to give this review, but this was unacceptable. I went it to get a haircut and I thought the stylist understood what I wanted. She asked me what I was going to do and I told her basically my original hair I had ,but for it to look like the model picture. (Cleaned up) She said a wolf cut ?and I told her correct because that’s what it was. She asked me how long and I told her she could cut the dead parts and she agreed and said we will keep it as long as possible. Clearly that’s not what happened , she went scissor happy and I ended up with this. This is no where near my original hair or the model picture or a “wolf cut”. She basically gave me a mullet and not a good one either. She never asked about my bangs and cut them super short and choppy , the ends section of my bangs are super short that it looks like I have bald spots. I can go over all the other horrible parts of my hair ,but this would be too long. It took me years to grow my hair and for it to be cut off completely angers me. Also if I was facing the mirror I would have probably stopped this from happening,but I was always facing against it. :/ so yea thank you for making me feel ugly

Stephanie Durazo The service I get from my two favorite lash techs Liz and Camilla are always phenomenal! The only reason for four stars instead of 5 is when I checked out from my appointment one morning, I had the manager in front of a crowded lobby tell me where everyone could hear that I had make up all over my lashes. She suggested a lash brush and when I said I already had one pressured me to buy it anyway. To be fair it was good information to have and has helped me but to embarrass me in front of a waiting room full of other women and pressure me to buy something that I already said I had was definitely a less than desirable experience.

Maham Shah DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!!!! THEY WILL DESTROY YOUR LASHES!!!!!!!!! I know 5 other people this has happened to. They will keep lashing you even thought they shouldn’t. My whole eye was completely red from their glue or something and they kept lashing me. In a span of 6 months they took not only $200 a month from me BUT I was getting fills often AND new sets even more often then I should because the lashes weren’t sticking. Then I started to lose so many lashes and they continued to lash me. The owner even thought that was weird! That I had to get new sets. But they kept taking my money. I then noticed I had NO lashes left. I went to a dermatologist and they were shocked and horrified of what this place had done to me! I had developed blepharitis and traction alopecia! And they kept lashing me!!! I haven’t been there in months and they keep trying to charge me the membership pricing when I’m not even here! Disgusting. They only care about your money not your lashes or you personally. I will be disputing and getting my money back and I will always advise everyone to stay away!

Big Baits Big Fish SM Beauty Studio is great! Took both of my daughters for haircuts. Samantha is patient, thoughtful and careful, she doesn’t whip through the haircut. She spent time in making sure the hair was styled to my daughters likings. No rush, great style. She also provided great recommendations on products for their hair. We will be returning for more!

Leane Hernandez I went to S.M. Beauty Studio for a hydrating facial. I have facial eczema and very sensitive skin. She was very helpful and informative about the products she was using. My skin felt amazing after we were done. She even sent me home with some samples of the products, so professional and helpful. I Will definitely be back.

Midori Izumi Ive been going to Jenny and David for a very long time. Jenny always does my nails exactly how I want them. Shes very talented and good at her art work. I just show her a picture of what I want and shes makes it her own. Always comes out better than expected. Love how she does my pedicure. I always get ingrowns and shes the only one whos taken them out everytime. No other nail place does what she does. I can go on and on about how food she is. Prices are good too. Come ask for Jenny or David!!!

JaNelle M I learned about this shop from a friend of mine and im SO happy she told me about Jennifer!! She has done my nails since September and did my wedding nails az well! Shes a blessing! I have NEVER been able to keep my acrylics looking good for more than 2 weeks. They have usually chipped and/or started deteriorating, but since Jenn has started doing my nails, I seriously get them done ONCE A MONTH now. They look fantastic from the time I walk out to the time I go back in. Im truly amazed. They also have plexiglass up AND the machines that sanitize their equipment unlike most of the local shops. The color selection is HUGE and Jenn is also incredibly talented when it comes to nail art!!! Just see the photo below!!

yajaira jimenez The service was absolutely horrible. David was so rough and very inattentive when doing my nails. He left 4 nails broken! When I kept telling him politely to fix it, he would file my nail! Theres a picture of how far he filed! The worst of it was his make believe numbers. My husband got a pedicure for $35 and a manicure. He said $55 for him. I got a full set nails $45 and a pedicure for $25. He charged me $155!! I kept telling him where was he getting the $155 from and he said my total was $110. Never bothered to clean my nails before putting the last coat. He definitely took advantage.

SDB SDB Well I must say it was a disappointing experience. I dont know if its just a theme, a trend, or a pattern with a lot of the nail salons, they collect your money they do the basis of what theyre there to do, but they leave out one very most valuable important aspect. And that is treating your customers with great customer service. Greeting them with a smile. Maybe even saying hello, how is your day. I think my rep says her name was jelena, her name did start with a j, so I might not have it totally correct. She has long black hair, round face, wears glasses. You know she could be a lovely lady except she sat there and worked on my feet with such a "scary sour puss face and Frown the entire Time. Definitely not very inviting. At no point did she even attempt to strike up any kind of conversation. No matter how much I attempted to strike up a conversation. Like asking how was your day, how are you, they all Resulted in silence. She did a gel polish color. I dont have my glasses on, and it doesnt quite look as smooth as the one I got at another location. I paid $35 for these gel nail polish spa pedicure. Its not the money though. Its really the attitude and the type of service received. She didnt even say thank you for coming: thank you for sitting in my chair, thank you for investing your money in our business - there was no thank you. The lady sitting at the front, I think she has said her name was Brenda, she did say "have a good night." Ill give him that. I wont be coming back. I am in search of a nice nail salon where they have great customer service and they can create a nice friendly conversation when you talk to them. And they provide service with a smile. Matter fact the nail salon was virtually empty. it was only me and another lady there. I wonder why ??? MAYBE it has something to do with their customer service. Conclusion, sadly poor customer service, no friendly attitude and no thank you for doing business with them. Ladies & gents be ware.

Rylie Nicole I am very disappointed I paid $50 for a fill last week and two of my nails already fell off and the other ones are all lifting I dont know if they use cheap products or what but very unsatisfied will not be going here again. I do not recommend this place to anyone. The atmosphere is also very dark.

Vero Salas I am so happy and in love with my nails. They had to remove my acrylic nails to apply hyper gel. It took almost 1hr. And staff was so nice and patient. I felt so bad she had to stay and hour after closing to finish my nails and toes. So friendly and super patient. I found my forever nail tech.

Nicole Rossetti I come often for pedicures and they are fine, hence the three stars but came today to have gel removed and reapplied (from another nail salon). I’m so bummed. I came here out of convenience and I knew as soon as I sat down it wouldn’t be good. They switched ladies on me after talking to each other for a while. It was empty but I heard gel a few times so not sure if that was the problem? I asked her immediately to please be kind with the filing/buffing as I have thin nails. They were growing out great and quite strong for once. I also asked for almond shaped and she said, you want them pointed? I showed a pic and she didn’t even look. Then came the buffing/filing as if I never asked, twice. I knew there was no going back. When I got up to wash my hands, I tested them out and sure enough, as flimsy as paper. I was hoping the gel would revive them but no luck. They look fine but I have to start over again. I won’t be going back for gels.

Rain Elizabeth The worst manicure of my life. The feel gaslit by the positive reviews. How this place has 4.6 star reviews is beyond me. I’m not from around her from LA. I’m not picky but the one thing you don’t do is leave nail polish on the skin. It’s all I’ve my hands and cuticles. If I had known it was going to be this bad I would have done it myself. I can do a better job!! The only reason I didn’t was because I had to evacuate from the palisades fires and the only thing I wanted to feel normal was some mice nails. Ayee Momo I am not the one to typically cause a scene or ask for refunds but today Victoria Nails disappointed me to such a huge extent! They are well aware that I have been a returning client for a little over a year if not longer and they always know that I like doing designs on my nails. This week is my birthday weekend so of course I went in to get a fill and a basic pedicure. I had a full acrylic set from a previous location which was an almond shape. When the tech started on my nails I noticed he did not use they typical acrylic powder that they use he used the gel X glue that they use for gel X nails. At first I was a little taken back because from my knowledge that glue or base is for gel x nails not acrylic. I didn’t say much because I’m trusting their process. The tech was nice and “shaped” my nails ( all he did was make them more pointy) while also throwing shade at the other salon that they do not know how to shape nails. I didn’t see anything wrong with them but I digress. Ann who I know very well she typically does my nails for the design she’s never let me down. I showed her the design I said it’s nothing crazy. It was a cheetah print on two nails the rest a base normal gel color again something that doesn’t seem too outrageous. She said she could do it. I was excited. The whole process was fine up until she needed to step away to fix their phone lines and their wifi. I didn’t mind waiting. She painted two nails then directed me to another nail tech and completely abandoned me for someone else. I was a little confused because I thought Ann was going to work on them but proceeded to assist other clients and the new tech who stepped in wasn’t able to do the design it looked like she just smeared some nail polish on the nails and called it a day. The funny thing is the original male tech who shaped my nails came back and checked on me to see the progress saw it then asked if I was okay with that design eluding to the fact that It looked nothing like cheetah print. He said your okay and walked off. The tech that did the design put two extra layers of top coat after the fact that they had put in two layers before that. Ann came back and slapped on three more top coats on it and cured them and then said she didn’t like how it was curing. Well my question is why would you continue to add more top coat on my nails like that was going to fix the issue by now it’s been almost two hours for a fill and design that should have taken an hour max. She then asked me if I could stay longer to fix it because she didn’t like it but by that point I was already a little irritated that I was assisted by half the staff, a poorly done design, and some caked on polish. I told her no I have to leave because I needed to go on about my errands for my job and then said she would provide me with a 15% discount I was okay with that even though it’s not something I wanted. I go to pay and she calculated the math my original price was going to be $117 for a BASIC pedicure (no extra gel or anything special) and a fill. I’m sorry but since when is a fill $87!!!???? I know inflation is high but damn. If that was the case I could have done a better job at home with an amazon nail kit for HALF that price. Ann did the math and with the discount it still came up to $93 dollars. She said $17 was removed because of the discount which btw that math is wrong 15% off of $117 should have taken off $24 not $17 but by now I was more confused about the fact that she

Alicia They were able to help me by removing my acrylics and giving me a really nice set of French tip nails! I wanted to keep my natural nail length. Plus they were kind enough to go alittle past closing time to finish everything up. Will be back
