Joshua Gold Recently moved to the area and went to his office to transfer my coverages. I have been a State Farm customer for years. He said, "he wasnt really taking on new clients right now". Cheryl Lombardi Horrible customer service, my mother is in a HOA they had her limits almost 3 times what they should be!!! I requested for them to lower them was told by her Agent, couldnt be done, oh wait then well you will need an outside inspection that you have to get yourself, submit it to us and then we will attempt, WRONG!!! I called Travelers and sucessfully got her limits lowered all I needed to do was provide a copy of the HOAs master policy and also a spec sheet on exactly what the HOA was responsible for her insurance is now 50% cheaper but guess what she has overpaid for years thanks to this company, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

John L Mullen III Dont waste your time! The worst service I have ever experienced. I asked for a quote for my home and autos, after weeks of providing documents requested, I received a quote for a home policy that was 10x what I was currently paying and I never even received a quote for my autos. Why would I do that? The lack of effort displayed by these people is evident, it simply wasnt that difficult to solve the problem myself. If I could give less than one star I most certainly would.

Socal909 YZ Ive been trying to reach Crump & Davis since May of 2020. Im trying to get a refund for a policy that I renewed with a different company and crump & davis did not return my refund. If you call the number it just tells you the mailbox is full. this has been acceptable for a insurance company do not be responsive

So afraid I would never feel the same about Allstate. While I havent actually met Ryan I have done business with him and find their office just as professional as Michaels was. I insurance both my home and my car with them. Very satisfied with my newer agent and the staff.

Destiny This lady ran a stop sign right behind me. Horrible road rage and non stop honking when I had the right of way. I have cameras all over my car. She drives a gold Toyota Camry license plate 8GFH087 Hopefully she gets fired!! Now I know where she works!!!! Don’t do business here!

I have a lot of business there, but get rude treatment, no service and work assigned to me seemingly every week. I should have trusted my instincts the first time I met the owner, Ron Hayduk, and taken my business elsewhere. Ron insulted and laughed at me the first time I met him; but I trusted my agent and the rest of the staff there werent as bad. I was wrong. I do not even know who to contact when I need something. Every time I get correspondence form the insurance companies I see even more mistakes or coverage that leaves me exposed. It is truly as if no one there cares about my business or my coverage. My agent was great, brought me in, kept me pacified for over a year, but there is no hiding the incompetency of this place. From the top down.
