Ryansmithtattoo Anion With this company for a decade. Customer service went down the drain and prices went through the roof. Wallet got stolen , locked all my cards, one payment got canceled because card was locked. Tried to pay with new card but now I have to pay full policy up front after never missing or being late on one payment. So I say no and go to State Farm for half price. Then they send not me the account holder but my wife to collections even though she never had insurance with Allstate. Never told us we owed money just sent it to collections. Can’t produce any documents that my wife signed because she never did sign any. Long story short I’ll never do business with Allstate again. State Farm took me right away for a great price and also said that other people have been going through this as well.

Steve Mallard Ive been with Allstate since around 1960. I have enjoyed the product and the service from since 1960 up until about 19. 85, excuse me, two thousandand 5. Youre a whole attitude has changed since then. It seems like no one really knows least. The agents dont know exactly what theyre selling and what its for. I have only turned in probably 3 claims. Since then, but each time the last 2 claims have always been a major fight with them. And in fact, the last claim was just a year ago and I still havent been paid on that. Nor do I expect to be because theyve changed their policy without changing my policy in writing. I have tried the contact Mr. Garza about this. Wanting to talk to him and I fact Ive emailed them and gone down there and made personal reqwest. And to this date, he has not returned anyone of my? I think 6 calls are my 3 in person visits. So I really cant blame the agents when the person that leads them doesnt have any respect for his clients.

Santos Perez Ive had fred loya insurance for over 3 yrs and i honestly never had any issues with them... i had autopay maybe thats why i never had issues... but today i went in to try and add a second car and the 2 girls there were extremely rude and ignorant... they dont offer the customer service they should provide.. they both arent groomed to be in a front desk and they both look like they dont want to be there! They have a poor attitude and seem to careless about the customer! I had such a bad time that as of today i will be canceling my policy with them!!!

Christy St. Arno I got insurance for a good price for my old motorhome and also my daily vehicle. My agent was pleasant and explained what my policy covered, also answering any questions I had... It was also very simple and easy to finish the paperwork, as they sent me a link to whatever needed to be signed and I was able to sign it all with an app on my phone! Ive had this insurance for about a year, maybe a little more, but having just added my daily driver that I just got, I wanted to leave a review to let others know about my positive experience with them!

Kellye Lomeli Do not purchase insurance through these people. If they owe you a credit they will find any excuse not to pay it to you. They will find any random fee to charge any time you call them. They charge a few for letting you pay online, they will charge you a few for paying in person too. So, any way you pay, you will always pay extra. They tell you when you sign up that you are month to month because they are trying to move out of California but when you call to cancel they will say youre on a 6 month term and you will have to pay out the entire 6 months. Which coincidentally is twice as much as they told us it would be to actually pay a 6 month premium. They will also charge you to leave them. They are rude, lazy and greedy. We have now gone elsewhere and I cant be more thrilled with my new coverage with USAA. My homeowners and 2 vehicles plus my movie memorabilia collection is all covered for less than I paid these people for just the two vehicles.
