Rene Garcia Do not use this agency. Youd be sorry if you do. The owner and his staff are so unprofessional and dont know what Good Customer Service is. Once they bind your policy, you are on your own. These people wont even assist you in making a simple change to your policy, like adding your spouse to the policy. The staff where in over their head. I wanted my home insurance policy to include "replacement cost" and the cant do it. Then they started to dodge my calls. I eventually spoke to the owner Victor and he told me that I dont need replacement cost added to my policy. "But if you really want it, we will make the change." The change wasnt made and subsequently, he is not available to answer my calls. I changed brokers and the difference is like night and day.
