S L They accept MediCal for both general and ortho, which is great! Western dental is a huge business corporation and their often busy. Despite Western Dentals reputation - at "other" sites. This location is top tier. Isabelle from front receptionist was very helpful. She remained professional and knowledgeable which is absolutely important. Even if its hectic, how important it is to remain a positive attitude is a must. Isabelle, thanks for your help! The energy and atmosphere at this location was great and welcoming too. Go in with a positive attitude, if you go in demanding service.. youll get that energy back. A business is not entitled to service you.

No lines or waiting. I’ve had a lot of dental restorations and this dentist by far has done some of the best dental work I’ve had done in my 44 years of life. You will be very satisfied and will get excellent results.

D Z "Terrible experience at Western Dental on Wilson Way. We had an appointment at 8:30 AM and were still waiting at 10:30 AM. When we asked how much longer it would take, the staff member rudely told us to reschedule. We ended up waiting 3 hours with no resolution. The staff was unprofessional and rude the entire time. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. This place does not value their patients’ time or provide quality service." I should have believed the reviews people posted.

Butch Bible Well the exam was through in detail but the out of pocket cost was very high and expensive. Way out of my ability to afford. From $7000 to $10000. I am a senior citizen 78 yrs old and on a fixed income. I appreciate the warm treatment but l just would financial help to get all this work done. I thank the Western Dental staff for all the effort they put in. I thank them very much.

Terri Gillam Very Attentive, professional, welcoming and friendly staff. My only complaint is that I sometimes get last minute cancellations and most recently a request to change my scheduled appointment day of, due to staffs failure to schedule appointment with enough yike to complete procedure. However, I refused to reschedule and it worked out accordingly, thankfully. Fill in traveling nurse was awesome, Dr. Andrew’s by the way.

They went beyond the call of duty with my gemelos’ cleaning and preventive diagnoses. My children’s dental needs were met and covered by our insurance…no surprises! I feel like they genuinely care about not only the dental health of my twins but their over all wellbeing. Highly recommend…hands down. This is an ideal convenient location. Kassi Pummel Both of my kids had their first dentist visit here and both were talking about how much fun they had all evening. Everyone was great with my kids (3 and 5) and made everything really laid back and easy. We also went to the wrong office by accident and showed up 25 minutes late, and they were happy to work with us even then. So happy we heard of this place!

Rosemarie Wood We had our first visit today and loved it. The assistants and the dentist were so sweet with our baby for his first appointment. The facility is nice and clean too. Highly recommend. The only con is the call service, it’s a little frustrating to speak with them but it was worth it.

Rod P Dr. Tan is great. He has been treating me for an older lower back injury (3 herniated disks). His treatment along, with the exercises he showed me and ice packs along with using the TENS unit, will allow me to be pain free for extended periods of time. Being pain free for 24-48 hrs. is an unbelievable experience after living with pain for years. Thanks Doc!

Stacie This service was extremely disappointing. Due to a broken tooth & being in severe pain, I called this emergency dental service to try to get immediate help. An appointment was made for the same morning at 8:30 am, in Modesto at Aspen Dental at 3900 Sisk Rd. Which is an hour away from my home, but was no problem. I wouldve driven 5 hours away to a dentist, just because of the pain. We arrived at the dental office by 8 am, checked in with the receptionist, and she asked for our insurance card, which we provided. Waited probably about 15 minutes, was taken back, and then only to be treated like a new patient. They wanted to clean the teeth, do an exam (which is expected), offer all kinds of other services, which we did not want. The whole point of my calling for this appointment was to stop the pain & pull the tooth. It clearly says EMERGENCY DENTAL SERVICES. Being in excruciating pain because of a broken tooth is considered an emergency. And it was repeatedly said, we just want to pull the tooth. Then the dentist says she doesnt even know if it can pulled the same day. What is the point of Emergency Services AND making an appointment??? After all this, and being there for an hour, we were told they do not accept our insurance. No one couldve said that when we handed over the insurance card at check in? Do they not check before even starting the appointment? But paying out of pocket wasnt a problem. We ended up having to leave, with absolutely no help. Absolutely none. We drove an hour away, thinking we would get some kind of help with a painful broken tooth. I do not recommend calling Emergency Dental ABC, and I do not recommend Aspen Dental in Modesto. They were a complete waste of time.
