Victor Piatt I had an appointment with this office for two months, and I showed up for my appointment, but was turned away and told that they are not accepting new patients. Ive been contacted multiple times by Western dental saying that I missed the appointment and would I like to reschedule with the same office. I had a bad experience once with the office I dont see why, rescheduling with the same office would bring any greater satisfaction. Im trying to confirm with their corporate office that theyre not continuing to refer new patients to that office, but have been unable to do so. I guess theyre continuing to refer new patients to that office. I wish I could head any of those people off at the past before they get there and get refused service like I did.. They have effectively delayed me receiving dental care for two months and one of my teeth fell out last week and Im in horrible pain but they had zero compassion for me. I can only assume they lied to their corporate scheduling and said that I missed the appointment..

WildTurkey X I was wrongfully banned from the Santa Rosa, CA office on Montgomery Drive. This dentist there accused me of being non-compliant allegedly. A staff member accused me of lying about having my wisdom tooth removed by an oral surgeon with no evidence or reason to think that. I asked her what made her come to that conclusion? I offered to send my surgical report for proof even though I had no reason to need to prove anything, and she said that even would not make a difference! I made an official complaint to your corporate office and the agent who responded named Rachel in the "IRU department" called me. The issue was never resolved. She blamed me for everything, said I was indeed banned from that particular office and that I could go to other offices. I said my issue of how I was wrongfully banned and talked down to was NOT resolved. After saying that her response and resolution was threatening to ban me from all of the Western Dental offices!! So now I was treated poorly by both a local office to where I live and your corporate office and an agent there. I am beside myself and shocked and if I dont get someone that reaches out to me and rights the wrongs that have been done I am strongly considering getting an attorney and suing your company for mistreatment and emotional distress.

Casey DeWitt You send me a message to reschedule because "the office is closing", you dont answer the phone, your call center isnt aware of whats going on and you dont answer their calls either. I am outside your office, I see you sitting inside, the door is locked, you dont even look at me, you do nothing. How exactly am I supposed to reschedule? Is the business dead? Ive been waiting patiently since July.

Rob Houle I left my appointment feeling disappointed and frustrated. Unlike every other dentist I’ve been to, this office wouldn’t do my X-rays and cleaning on the same day, which was highly inconvenient and not transparent. What really bothered me, though, was that I was told I couldn’t get a standard cleaning unless I paid out of pocket for Atridox, a specialized antibiotic treatment that my insurance doesn’t cover. I’ve never had a dentist refuse to clean my teeth unless I paid for an extra service. On the positive side, the front desk receptionist was nice, although they didn’t seem interested in finding a solution that worked for me. The dentist was knowledgeable and kind, but by the end of the visit, I felt misled and pressured into paying for something I didn’t think was necessary. I understand that every office has its own policies, but this experience didn’t feel very patient-centered. After reading so many positive reviews, I was excited to finally find a dentist who truly prioritizes working with patients. While my experience may have been an exception, I felt it was important to share my honest feedback about the discomfort and frustration I encountered.
