Bethany Otten I’m not one to complain or write reviews really ever but this experience needs to be shared with other prospective patients. My roommate and close friend paid for a root canal and crown implant. She was not told that both were billed up front and only found out after scheduling the second appointment with a different dentist that this was the case. This office and staff provided no information on how the procedure was going to go. Offered no numbing even upon request. Left her alone in the room upside down for over a half hour. They repeatedly spoke in a foreign language to each other but did not address her throughout the procedure Dr Kim refused to adjust her retainer which was a pre established part of the appointment. He instead tried to bully her into buying a new one with them. He allowed for no questions after the procedure and just left the room. She made many attempts to stand up for herself through this terrible experience and still came home in tears. If you’re thinking of booking because of their excellent ratings, I can’t imagine how they have them with this kind of patient treatment. I highly recommend looking elsewhere.

RT Rose The lack of communication from several DDS and staff in the past for approx 2yrs was frustrating including the DDS referral from a friend. In one year alone, I had been to 4 DDS very confused too. I lost my 2 cellphones, all the contacts and moved forward. I did my own recent searches and found one DDS and the staff who so far have been treated me well, guided me and communicated via email and text on what to do or expect. I often gets nervous with DDS who just start the procedure and not knowing anything about the condition of every teeth, when I can know. Its quite a mystery. My first time visit and meeting with my new DDS from Anaheim, Ca and staff is welcoming, comfortable and staff are prepared, organized, and practiced a strict universal standard precautions! n vangogh Had to kick off the year with cavities (root canals, fillings, even one with specialist needed), unfortunately. Every outcome however, has been amazing ever since having attend my 3rd or 4th year with THIS company. - no pain interfernces after operation - making sure I was feeling OK as a follow up (awesome!) My only suggestion is making sure for comeback appointments, if I only needed one cavity done, that the news stayed consistent the nxt meetup.

John They messed up my teeth and didn’t follow the correct procedures and now they can’t fix my teeth. I have to go to a different dentist to fix my teeth which is going to cost extra money. They wasted 1.5 years of time and money all for me to have messed up teeth. DO NOT GO HERE.

If thats not enough to convince you to avoid this place then look up "welcome dentistry 1721 W Katella reviews" and read the yelp reviews. Thank You Dental was originally named "Welcome Dentistry", they have TONS of bad reviews trying to be covered up with 5 star reviews. A quick google search will show you everything you need to know about this place. I didnt read them and I regret it. I went in for a "little cavity", "small filling"... which are direct quotes from the doctor and the assistant. There was alot of pain afterwards even after 2 weeks for something so small so I went back and they say I now need a root canal. A root canal is a very intensive process, its not the same as a small cavity. This office always makes me keep coming back for more and more things, it honestly feels like a cash grab, which seems to align with alot of other peoples experience with this place. Read all the Yelp reviews.

Minerva Elias I went to Dr. Lee and started my treatment with him. I was sent out for some procedures and when I returned to complete my treatment with him I was a bit shocked that my insurance did not cover a lot of my treatment. When I called to re- verify my insurance I was told something completely different by my insurance company. All of my treatment was covered at about 60%. I called his office again and asked them very nicely to please re-verify my insurance. The staff never called me back. I am under the impression that they wanted to rip me off. I am very disappointing because I was very excited to have found a doctor that I thought I would trust as call my dentist. I dony understand how you can just think its okay to take advantage of people. Very dishonest and greedy. If you can please always check with your insurance so that he doesnt do this to you.

Jasmine Osborn I used to think they were awesome. Until my fillings broke and more decay happened and they told me i would have to pay out of pocket because my insurance only covers fillings every 3 years on the same tooth. I came to find out after calling my insurance that the reason my insurance only covers it once every three years is because fillings should last much longer than that so if the fillings need to be fixed then it is the responsibility of the dentist to fix his work. When I relayed that information to them, they told me i was wrong and refused to fix my teeth. So here i am with decaying teeth that no other dentist will touch because they do not want to be liable for another dentists work. I will be taking legal action if they do not work with me to resolve this.

James Payawal Saspa Dr Le is very skillful, patient and sympathetic. He saved me a couple of teeth and helped me find a way to pay for it outside my insurance. His staff are very nice and do terrific service: Joan, the hygienist, and the DAs Riza and Sandra. And they’re open Saturdays and stay open late some weekdays. I live 30 miles away and there are tons of dentists close by, but I still make the drive to Dr Le because he and his staff are awesome.

Michelle Lee I’ve been coming here 9 yrs now. Dr. Pham makes needing to go to the dentist a decent experience. We know each other pretty well and although some staff have been replaced he’s the constant. I trust him. Dr. Vicki handled my daughters braces and my daughter loved her. Kevin Nguyen Id say I take decent care of my teeth but I had a cracked filling that I needed fixed ASAP because my tooth was hurting anytime I ate anything cold. Theyre SO nice here and they dont make you feel like youre at the dentist. What I mean by that is Im not deathly afraid to come here. They had me in and out in 30 minutes and were super considerate of my time. They go out of their way to make me feel comfortable and I feel like family here!

RICH ARD Monica is the worst she overbooks patients and you wait for hours. Didnt get one look at my crown until it was placed in with the permanent glue and I had complaints after seeing it with a mirror and feeling it in my mouth dont waste your time here Im sure there are plenty of Dentist who actually care about their patients and the quality of work that is being done this office constantly closes and they will reschedule your appointment without asking and expect you to pop in like we dont have a life of our own Ive waited at least an hour to two before being seen so bring a book of you risk it here NEVER AGAIN Ive never dealt with this amount of unpredictable yet oh so unprofessional encounters with this office.

Kristen Great experience. I felt really out of place coming here as it’s in a really nice area and I’m not really from nice places. The doctor didn’t care. He treated me just like any other doctor in my area would. He’s incredibly funny and knows how to help make you feel comfortable. Fully transparent about how procedures are gonna go and how they’re gonna feel which is nice, and the nurses are all total sweethearts. They also accept payment plans which is a HUGE bonus. 10/10 recommend.

Alpinex Under new ownership I called in and Dr.Tran is no longer there April 2021. I bring my entire family to see Dr. Tran for the past year. She is really good with my kids and very gentle with them. She takes time to explain treatments and seems genuine in helping. Starting braces next for my daughter.

Eng Abdullah Extremely rude and unfriendly. She is not upfront whatsoever! I have Aetna insurance, and once I arrived there I asked the receptionist whether they accept this insurance or not. The answer was" yes". The reason for our visit was to treat an excruciating pain in a certain place;however, she kept asking strange questions. " how long are you gonna stay here? I need to treat and work on the whole teeth" I told her ONLY to soothe and relieve the current pain , and in the next visits we can discuss the other problems. She kept fooling around, and finally asked us to pay a 100 bucks although they reaffirmed that our insurance is accepted. They should have told us from the beginning when we inquired about our insurance. While laying on bed she said," Before we start the service we will charge you a 100 for the first treatment." I left right after she said that. We left her immediately before starting the service and went to another dentist. Although she did NOT treat the pain, she still wants a 100 bucks. Worse yet, she was extremely rude. No greeting No smile! She treated us like she is the only dentist in this world!

Cheyne McNab Location is CLOSED. Paid for treatment (Invisalign) and have not received the services I paid for. Zero communication from the business as far as the closure or status of my product (new Invisalign trays). I finally got ahold of their Fullerton office last week and they seem like they have no idea about the trays that were supposedly ordered in February. Unfortunately I am already in a business relationship with these con artists, now I can only hope that they can get it together so I can finish treatment without seeking legal help. Beyond frustrated - avoid anything associated with this business. Their current location is Fullerton Family Dental
