Naje Sandoz By far my favorite nail spa in the area! The people a great always good energy. Although they are often very busy they make sure to take their time and give everyone quality service. Great selection of colors. And the hand/foot massage at the end actually feels good. Not to mention amazing prices !! Just be sure to call a head and book an appointment and they will take care of you !

Melody Shealy I had a great experience here. Everyone is really nice and helpful. They have a lot of colors to choose and I like that they have OPI and Essie brands. Quality of work is great. Plenty of free parking in lot. More parking underground.

MarS I dont know why are the reviews so unfair and ungrateful. My experience was outstanding!!! I called and scheduled an appointment for 10:30 for manicure, then I realized that I wont make it so I called and rescheduled at 3. Both times they answered, were friendly and respectful! I went in, they had a bunch of people already in, so I had to wait for like 5 minutes, which I didnt mind at all. Then I was helped by Cindy! She was very friendly and communicative. She did an amazing job on my nails, really deep cleaning with no more cuticles sticking out. Im beyond grateful and happy. The prices are cheap, the service is outstanding. Thank you Cindy and the rest of the Oasis staff

Parlez Vous Crochet Cindy is my absolute go-to gal for the perfect mani/pedi! Not only is she super sweet, but she also works wonders on getting rid of all that pesky dead skin around my nails. Her nail painting skills are top-notch, and she always leaves my nails looking perfectly filed. Plus, her expertise with callus remover on my feet is unmatched. Cindy is a true nail wizard!

Dorothy Matamoros I got there at 6:10pm and they closed at 7pm. It was literally empty. The person was very rude and said it was too late. I only needed short regular nails done.

Bailey Drucker I was leaving on a 6+ week trip, and I knew it would be a month before I could get my nails done again. I asked for tips, and they ended up doing an extra coat of what I can only assume is MAGIC, because my nails still looked AMAZING after a month (grown out of course, but still very neat)!!!! In fact, I got engaged 2 days before the month mark, and people thought I had just gotten them done! Cannot recommend them enough if you want a long lasting manicure!

Vanessa Giselle If I could give this place zero stars, I would! Worst service I’ve ever had in my life. I’m an actress and had an event after having a mani and pedi done here. Regret coming here so bad. My friend at the event said it looked like I painted my nails while being drunk. I asked for a particular color and they got it completely wrong!! They left streaks all over my nails. My nails chipped within minutes of getting them done! They didn’t remove 90% of my cuticles. They filed my nails and the edges were still rough! They made my toe nails bleed more than I’ve ever bled before during a pedicure! There was no attention to detail. I had to keep asking them to paint certain spots because they kept missing them?! Ugly peach color when I asked for an elegant milk/soap nail. Attached are some photos of how bad the nails chipped within minutes of getting them done. I didn’t use any products on my hands - they just chipped! So many chunky layers of polish. My 10 year old niece could have done a better job! The woman working the desk was useless and did not care to help me at all. She pretended she didn’t know much English when she actually does! She just kept shrugging me off! The man who is a supervisor or owner of this place is one of the RUDEST humans I’ve spoken to at a place of business. When I asked for my money back or to get my nails redone, he was literally YELLING at me and saying “JUST DON’T COME BACK IF YOU DON’T LIKE IT! We don’t want to do your nails again - we’re clearly not a good fit for each other!” Instead of apologizing he was jumping down my throat. Meanest human I’ve spoken to in years. BEWARE!!! There are so many nail places close to this one that I’ve had good experiences at! GO TO ONE OF THOSE!!!!! Worst nail place ever.

Golbasarians Emma My favorite nail salon of all time! Beautiful, clean, quick, and has the best vibes. Techs are very talented and the receptionists are so sweet!! (Sarah and Kiana are my favs☺️)

Lauren Donahoe I was trying to find a nail salon last minute and stumbled across Simply Nail Bar on Google Maps. I was able to book an appointment online for 15 minutes from the time I searched! The young woman working at the front desk was incredibly friendly and professional. I actually witnessed a rude customer being short with her in a condescending tone and she handled it incredibly. I was scheduled with Kylie and she was wonderful. This was my first dip experience and she explained every step. She was very thorough, clean, paid close attention to detail. I found the prices to be reasonable and parking was free for the first 90 minutes in the garage so it was easy. I will definitely be coming back!

Risu Orap I’ve been coming here a lot for gel-x and Christina is my go-to girl. She always does an amazing job! She’s always super gentle and communicates well especially if I want something more designy. Literally any inspo photo I show her she’s always down and very knowledgeable with how to achieve it. I also appreciate getting a quick hand massage after every appt. It’s a nice touch! Always a nice clean environment and everyone is super nice.

Ashley Decker I walked in here today and was able to get a gel X man and gel pedicure. Everyone was extremely kind and attentive. My nails look incredible and the atmosphere is relaxing and beautiful. If you’re in the area I would recommend going there!

Emilee Bargoma They take their time with your nails. Its not a "quick" like most places are now adays. You will walk away with well-made nails that last you quite a bit. Go there, youll be happy you did! As far as service is concerned, they are okay. Not the best, but not unfriendly either. Just go get ya nails did, sis.

Lisa Pozo I have come here for years. This is a very friendly establishment. Sweet people doing nice work, at very reasonable prices. Theres enough parking nearby if you need it. Parking is metered. Great leg and arm massage. Just a short vacation from your responsibilities I am sure youll enjoy.

J Scott Treated me like a machine, not a human. Im still on the hunt for a nail salon that cares about having a business relationship with their customers. As soon as 2 more woman walked in, she started rushing EVERYTHING. She ended up cutting my cuticle to where it bled, not shaping my nails right and the rhinestones i asked for are crooked. She wouldnt look at me, wouldnt talk to me and wouldnt give me a manicure after we were done with the acrylics. Horrible. If you want to be treated like just another person in LA and dont care about having any kind of revisit every couple of weeks, then this place will probably do. Shame on this place for treating guests like this. I could have been one of your best reoccurring customers, but I guess you guys dont care about that.

Mónica Viveros I’ve come a few times here with good results, but my last time the nail polish quality was terrible. I did regular nail polish on both my feet and hands. The hand pedicure turned brownish after two days, the yellow nail polish on my toes was ok, but after a month I took it off and all my nails are damaged. Unfortunately I won’t be coming back.

sunrise moon This is how my nails looked immediately after I got them done. The nail polish is way too far from the cuticles, it looks like my nails are already grown out. I asked for her to fix it but she said she couldnt do it any closer. Frustrating for a $86 set. Also rough handed and one of my nails began lifting soon after

They were super gentle with me, and did a gelX mani and gel pedi in a little less than 2 hours, in addition to getting a “donut glaze” on my fingernails. Listened to all my requests and clearly from the photos, did an amazing job! 10/10 would recommend

Jazmine C Definitely not worth 80$ which they originally tried to get me for 100 for a REGULAR PEDICURE AND FULL SET. no design. No gel. Not long. CRAZY. She gave me a menu with options. And then at the end said they don’t offer that the menu is old and it’s 20$ more for what I wanted. 7$ (I told her I wasn’t paying that) For gel removal from toes and they don’t even remove it all leaving the nail and paint bumpy. Shape of the nails. It’s clearly sub par. These shops are crazy charging these prices for half a work. Does this look like 80$ worth of service. ?? Callus remover was 10$ and she barely scrubbed my heels. First time I came. My pedicure was great. This time. The entire visit was awful. Won’t be back

Liz S. It was my first time here. I got there about 10 minutes early and was assisted right away. The staff is very friendly. I really like how it looks inside. The chairs and the chandelier give it like a fancy look/ feel. I have a bad habit of biting my nails and I have tried out acrylics before but I prefer a regular gel mani pedi. I loved how my nails turned out. I definitely will go back. I even got a mimosa.

Dee Tramboni Gel x nails were done by an older Asian lady that didnt know where the nail tips were. That should have been my sign that she had no idea what she was doing, but I already waited 30 minutes after my appointment to be taken care of. One nail popped off a few days later, and I had to reshape them myself. Paint job was lumpy.

Roxana Aviles Awful customer service. 2 Saturdays ago, I paid $35 for my moms regular manicure, which should have included her nails cut, except they werent. I usually take her except I was busy getting ready to celebrate my birthday that weekend. Came Monday, I got real sick and stayed away from my fragile 90 year old so she wouldnt get sick. I was awfully sick all week. This past Sun., my mom scratched me as she tried hanging onto me. So I called the nail salon to ask who had worked on my moms nails and to present the issue of my moms nails not being cut. I was asked to go in that tue. So wed not be charged just to cut her nails. Except Tue was raining cats and dogs, and I was not about to get wet or have my mom get wrenched. The man on the phone said I could get a discount next time she went in. That wed work something out. I took her in the following day, on Wed. We were charged another $35, so the discount was not honored. I felt robbed, cheated. Pretty much everyone @ the register lacks a decent, friendly customer service etiquette. Ill be taking my business somewhere else. Considering it is not the first time I have been dissatisfied with the service and the treatment.

Anna Bari Absolutely the best nail salon in Glendale hands down. Excellent work every time, clean, lots of free parking, adequate prices, great selection of colors. I always get dip powder and it looks so natural and thin as if I have a regular nail polish on. It stays on for 4 !!! weeks and my nails grow out with dip. I have also done regular pedicure and it is much better than at other salons and stays on longer. It looks like the owner really cares about the quality of products and customer service. I have never had a negative experience here and have been going here for years. Highly recommend!

Megan A. My nails were just done. Wasnt even straight. I told the nail technician, and he said I would fix it and just left like that. And kept smack talking about me in their language. Once he was done, he just got up and left. I didnt appreciate their rudeness. I had an appointment with them at 10:30 a.m., and they didnt even sit me down until 11 am. and started on my nails at 11:15 am. and done by 12:15. This place was my go-to nail salon, I used to love this place, but I wouldnt return to this location even if this nail salon was the last one open in the world. I am truly disappointed.

Autumn Lackey I’ve been going to Q Nails for about a year now. I ask for Dennis for my gel nails. He’s so friendly & does the best shape and design. I’ll tell him what I’m thinking and he always has input and nails turn out so cute! Steve is the man who always answers the phone & he’s been nothing but so sweet to me and my family. ALL the staff is so kind, which I feel can be a hard to find at a nail salon. I never feel bad asking them to change the shape or do something different.

Gigi Djebli Was told Acrylic with regular polish starts at $35, shape costs $5 and length costs $5. For a total of $45 dollars. She charged me $65 without telling me the price, and I also tipped $10 unknowing that she had charged me this much, very mid paint job. I paid $76 dollars for this. Save your money and go elsewhere, I’m very dissatisfied and she is very comfortable overcharging unknowing clients.

Karina A I really loved how they did my nails but I don’t think they were worth $80. I got gel acrylic, a nude color & white tip with flowers. Idk how everyone is saying their prices are cheap. I feel like $80 was outrageous. She put two different size acrylic on my thumbs, the white line of nail polish was coming of within the second day. Like I said I really liked how they did them, the shape was perfect, the length was too but the pricing threw me off. Idk if I’m wrong but I’ve had my nails longer length, three different designs and 3 different colors plus gel acrylic for $20 less. I wanted to try a new place that was closer to home but LA is we’re it’s at. Nobody in Glendale has stickers, cute gems, variety like LA shops do tbh.

Sarah Esperanza Fair prices, good availability, nice workers. But the color I walked out with looked way different than the color I picked out, I guess because the nail colors they give you to choose from have aged. I tried asking about it but the language barrier made me think she meant the color was going to change later. They went to town on my cuticles and I walked out with some cuts, and a week later the skin around the base of my nail is all torn up.

D N One of the worst experiences of my life. They kept getting costumers and didn’t really do a good job. They were rushing and took 3 hours to get a pedicure and manicure. If you are like me that doing your nails is a pampered experience. AVOID THIS PLACE!! Left super stressed

Kat Norcutt THEY WILL DESTROY YOUR NAILS. GO ELSEWHERE. I came in for a gel removal and gel manicure. I asked the technician to keep my nails as long as possible since I was happy with the length. She chopped them with the clippers, even after multiple requests to keep them long. I also asked multiple times for her to even out my nails with the file, and although she did, she didnt do it well. They are not well shaped. I could have done a better job myself. I was given a discount after I complained but the manicure should have been free for the quality. Additional warning: this salon filed my nails with the sander even after scraping off the gel - this only causes damage to nails and is NOT healthy for nails. Other customers seemed happy but my experience was very disappointing and a major waste. UPDATE: I returned to have them rectify my ruined nails with a top coat. They wanted to charge me regular price.

Emily Hennelly I really didn’t like the pedicure I got. They did scrub the feet at all and leaving, my feet have paint and oil all over them. I was really excited to have this pedicure to relax after a long week and I’m really upset with how it turned out.

Z I feel bad leaving a negative review, but the lady who gave me a pedicure cut me on 2 different toenails. She gave me a rushed pedicure because there were people waiting, but thats not my fault. My toe was red for almost a week because she cut my toenail too short. I wont be going back.

Meh ... Not quite the experience I hoped for. This is like bargain quality, at normal prices. Skip this place.

True Taurus First time visiting the salon. I was a walk in requesting a pedicure and manicure. I had an old set of powered gel acrylic nails that needed to be removed. It was a hard task but Thanks to Ruby she saved the day. My hands and feet were pampered and I love the quality of the service I received. I will definitely be returning.

Angela S.C. Chabolla My Mani and Pedi went from $65 to $120 really quick. I added a design (on 4 nails total) and got matte nail polish on my hand and toes. There was no mention to me it was extra for a matte color on nails and toes. My toe nails were cut way to much from the sides where it looks like there oval shaped. I dont think I will be coming back here.

Susan Pilat As with any mail salon, There are lots of different people that can do your nails. Once you find one, stick with her or him! They provide great service and care about every single one of their customers. The owner will personally text you, And they generally genuinely do their best to give you great service. Whenever I come here the offer me coffee or tea and when they do the callus removal they spend at least 5 minutes, Versus other places that just do it for 2 minutes. They have done silk wrap gel nail Polish and the acrylic nails and they do beautiful work. Also the prices are reasonable. I highly recommend this place!

Edita Adamian This place is disgusting! super old and dirty! They dont use sanitary method. The brush she used to clean the soap off my feet had residue on it. After she was done, she just left it in the old gross cup. She tried to drill my nails with a drill when all I was getting was a regular pedicure. She would not stop even when I told her twice to stop. I never ever come here but was desperate because I was super busy with school, and I forgot to make an appointment at my reg place, and i had a wedding to attend. This filthy place is super close to my job. I dont know how theyre are still in business. Ill be spraying my feet with bleach when I get home. Never again! OMG!! few min before I was done, a lady came in with gel pedi. As they were filing her nails down, the lady had fungus on ALL of her toe nails. Eww! This is not ok. I dont know how the lady keeps coming back. She was a regular. Oh wow! I will be reporting this establishment to the board. Be ready for surprise visit.

I got regular acrylics and ended up paying $70, the lady forced me to get gel on top- I refused a few times but she still did it and she didn’t let me choose my own color so ofc she brought the expensive ones. Regular acrylics at other places are $30 w/ $15 for gel BUT $70?? If I knew the price before hand I would’ve gone somewhere else and gotten gel-x. Then she cut+burned my fingers TWICE while filing and said “you kept moving too much” when I was still, they are still hurting as of right now. I asked for coffin shape nails and was given almond instead. She then proceeded to ask where I went before and the prices I paid, she was surprised w/ how cheap I payed before hand and didn’t say a word about how much more expensive her service is until the very end. My nails don’t look like they would be worth $70 almost $20 at most, I left out there crying w/ how bad it looked. PLEASE DO A BIG FAVOR AND DON’T GO HERE, GO SOMEWHERE WHERE THEY RESPECT YOU AS A PERSON.
