Sarah Nauta I couldn’t be happier with my acrylic nails! The nail technician was incredibly thorough and did a great job shaping them. They looked so good before she put paint on I was almost considering doing a sheer paint. It was my first time so I’m so glad I went here.

Mia O these people have no idea what they are doing, especially anything about customer service. i had one nail tech take off my polish and tell me to go wait for the only other nail tech so that she could snack and be on the phone. i’ve been waiting for 20 minutes and will probably wait more

Elisabeth Haby I would highly recommend this salon. Phuong was attentive, patient and asked plenty of questions to make sure I was happy with my nails. I had to remove my dipping powder and he made sure to do so gently and with soaking instead of filing them down to risk any damage. Sue was also fantastic with the design I wanted even though it was intricate. She took her time and I was very happy with the result. In the hour or so that I was there, a handful of regular customers came in and were each greeted by name. After coming here I can absolutely understand their loyal customer base. This is a fantastic salon and I would absolutely come back.

Cara Christian I’ve been coming here consistently for well over a year now. Anytime I switch salons I regret it and always come back to them. They are great at dip manicures and take the time to properly remove the dip to avoid nail breakage. They are always easy to communicate with whenever I am looking for special style or shape. Char Powell Visiting the area and I read reviews in hopes of finding a good nail salon. Minhlys was great. I made an appointment for the mid afternoon which I would recommend, so there would be no wait. Minh was friendly, considerate and an experienced professional and provided nails that were just the way I like it. Great experience at this longstanding, fanily run place and I appreciated the fair price for the quality of work. I will return when I get the chance to visit Goleta again.

Sarah VanHoy I visited this nail salon with my 2 year old daughter today, looking for a pedicure for my tired, pregnant mommy feet and legs. Amy did my pedi and she was incredible. Pleasant, friendly, absolutely amazing with my daughter and gave an incredible foot and calf massage. After painting my toes, she did my daughters and was so kind and fast and I appreciated the fact that she included and spoke to my toddler about colors, what she was doing, and really made it a special experience for us. I will absolutely be using this salon in the future.

Lori Marshall Do NOT go here. I had a gel mani and the guy who was helping me made me soak my fingers in acetone to take the gel polish off, instead of wrapping the nails individually. I was getting another gel mani, and as i was waiting for my nails to dry i saw the most disgusting thing ever. The man who had helped was pouring the USED acetone back into the bottle and was picking out the polish. I was speech less, he looks at me and says that it is to expensive to throw out. I wont be returning and suggest you dont either.

Olivia Sheaffer Amazing!!!! I got acrylic nails and they are some of the best I’ve ever gotten. Khloe is the technician that helped me! They are thin and perfectly shaped , I had somewhat of a difficult design and she executed it perfectly! I definitely recommend this place to anyone getting acrylics.

Brenda Osornio I had the pleasure of Ken doing my nail fill today. He was very detail oriented and took his time with my nails and left me happy with the results. The last time I came in was 3 weeks ago and my nails still looked good for being that old (white nails is a picture is from yesterday) Will def be coming back regularly !!

Rachele I absolutely love Polished Nail spa! It’s beautiful, clean and the owner makes sure everyone is well taken care of, he is amazing! QT is amazing and my acrylic nails are always done exactly how I want and I receive compliments on them. All the employees are so nice and easy to talk to.Joleen keeps the front running smoothly and gets you in always. Best nail salon in Goleta and Santa Barbara and the prices are unbeatable!

Lauren Velarde pretty disappointed. took my sister to get a kids manicure while i got a pedicure and they said a kids mani was 15 dollars. went to pay and they charged me 35 dollars. they gave her gel without asking me! 100% should have demanded to pay the 15 they had told me. stopped going here all together for acrylic nails. the photo was a picture of nails i’ve gotten before. DONT GO HERE

melanie troxler I’m new to the area ,it was My first time at this nail salon, I came in for a new set and a gel pedicure. Worst experience ever! First, during my pedicure I was not asked if I preferred my toenails trim cut or filed the guy completely cut all my toenails down to the skin & was completely uneven. Being an everyday sandal wearer, I prefer them long. Secondly another nail technician comes to the pedicure station and started removing my old Acrylic set by a nail clipper& she started cutting the nails very rapidly when she got to my index finger she went down to the skin when I said ouch she kept going and cut me til I started bleeding. I yelled please Stop Im Bleeding! please get the antiseptic she put the solution on my finger it burned terribly ,and all she said was sorry. After my pedicure was finished, I went to the nail station and another lady Tina started to finish the removal of the nails and at this point, I’m so seriously in pain that I decided to not get the full set that I intended on getting but asked for a gel manicure instead. Finally, when my services were done The woman Tina ,charged me $101 for the service and by this time , Im super shocked because she knows that I’m not happy with my experience, and when I paid the money that she charged me, she then had the nerve to ask me for a tip! I will never go back to this shop I will always tell everybody I know to never go to this place they are insensitive awful people.

Jeannine Forslund I have been coming here for a few years, and the service used to be excellent. The staff are still mostly quite friendly (although there always seems to be new faces these days), and some still do a good job if you know who to ask for, which is something I never used to have to worry about. Today and the last few times however, Ive felt like Ive been rushed through (despite having an appointment) and had very mediocre pedicures compared to what I experienced in the past. Ive really enjoyed coming here, so I hope that they are able to restore their service to level it once was.

T L Float came highly recommended by family in Santa Barbara, and they absolutely delivered! Hands down, one of the best deep tissue massages I’ve ever had. I was highly impressed with the service from both my therapist and the front desk staff—everyone was professional, welcoming, and made the experience even better. I only wish we had a Float back home because this would definitely be my new go-to spot. Thank you for an incredible experience!

Rachel Steffens Ive gotten my brows waxed numerous times in the past at other locations. I can honestly say the service I received (from Celeste) was the least painful, with the nicest, most natural results Ive ever gotten. She listened to my requests exactly. Highly recommend and Im glad I have a new waxing place in town.

Lisa Aldredge Smith I had the 60 minute Rose Hydration facial and it was one of the best facial treatments I’ve ever had. My aesthetician was very knowledgeable, respectful, and thorough. The facility was spotless. Included in the treatment was a neck and scalp massage. It was dreamy and I wait to go back!

Yessica Yomely I had a 90 min massage done by Leilani. Its with no hesitation, the best deep tissue massage I have ever received. I had a lot of knots in my back. Leilani was able to work on my back in such a way that I was not uncomfortable at all. Her massage touch was very intuitive, and I felt extremely relaxed. The hot towel, hot stones, and massage techniques were excellent. The entire atmosphere at the spa was so relaxing. When we went to the massage room, I felt even more relaxed with the music playing, ocean sounds, and the soft lights. Complementary drinks and snacks were offered to me. Overall, it was an amazing experience.

Stephanie Kay This is my new favorite spot. I came here about a week ago to get my eyebrows done. The lady was so nice and good that I decided to come back for my nails. I am very happy with the result. I had an idea of what I wanted and she was able to get it very close to what I had in mind. Overall great experience both times. I definitely recommend ❤️

jenil vaghasiya Very rude owner and worst place I ever visit. Didn’t allow to talk with my friends when i was there. He told us to keep quiet when we are in city to enjoy. It’s better to visit somewhere else. Racist owners. He was so rude to other people too in front of us. He gave preference to other people.

Tatiana Cruz Don’t come here. Terrible service. They filed my natural nail down super thin that there’s literal ridges in my nails and they are hurting. Nail polish chipped in 2 days. They also overcharged me and had me pay before they even finished

Becki The owners were friendly and took me right away as a walk-in. It soon got busy, so an appointment is probably recommended. I just got lucky. This was the fastest pedicure I’ve ever had, yet no corners were cut and I’m happy with the results! Chairs were newer and comfortable and it was clean and tidy. Price was reasonable as compared to other local nail salons. I’d go back!

Morgan Harris Walked in and asked if I could get a French manicure. There was only one customer in there and she was getting a pedicure. The woman who worked there said “sorry, were busy.” I would have been happy to wait but didn’t feel as though that was even an option.

Ciara Sarver I had the best experience here today for a last minute Gel manicure. Lee was so especially sweet, swift, and made me feel so comfortable. She even gave me an arm massage which I didnt think was typical with a gel mani, and cracked my knuckles for me because I love that! Everyone in the adorable shop, even the customers, were smiley and friendly...I will definitely be back. Google needed a better review for this place, I heard while I was there that yelp has 5 stars, so this definitely needs to stand up to that! Thank you Lee, I will recommend this place first to anyone looking for a perfect nail job.

Julia Breeden Truly the best nail salon in Santa Barbara. Rainbow Nails is all around fantastic- the staff is kind, welcoming, and extremely skilled in their work. They are efficient, friendly, and my nails turn out great every time. Ever since my first visit Ive been a Rainbow Nails girl through and through!
