Jamieson Cox For the record - this is my first ever Google review. For the past two years, I have completely exhausted myself with phone calls and emails to Simply Insured, United (I have a good "PPO" plan) and the endless list of providers that their has provided me to see a specialist. Not exaggerating, I have literally spent hundreds of hours trying to find a doctor within my plan. The doctors that all accept United - do not understand why the plan is out of network - they said have never seen a plan like it, and it is their Platinum PPO plan. The list the provide is outdated - the doctors on it that are no longer within network. Simple Insured says its "the doctors fault" and that it is the doctors job to remove them from their network list when they are no longer in network...Doctors have told me to go to the marketplace. I can not even being to describe how bad it is. Avoid Simply Insured at all costs.

Ashleigh Respicio This company doesn’t help their customer who’s in needs. If you have problem with your car they will not help you. Very poor service. I’m so disappointed to this company

They have always -- always! -- given me incredibly friendly and knowledgeable service -- and have gone out of their way to help my family, friends, and me to navigate easily through what might otherwise have been difficult bureaucratic waters. I cant recommend them highly enough.

PEXTO PEXTO Not just worst insurance company that I have ever had business with but by far worst company I have ever used!! Customer Service is horrible, prices are too high, return calls on a claim are non existence and if they owe you a refund good luck with ever getting your money! Excuses after excuses and then they ghost you when they are out of excuses. Do not use this company, you have been warned!! Instead of wishing me luck, why dont you help with the issues?? Or is having a shady practices company as one of your carriers okay with you? Also, my name is on the policy.

Jessica Gaspar In her work hours is says she works at 9:00am-5:00pm from Monday-Friday and every time you try to contact her,she don’t answer and every time you go to her offfice she is not there it’s locked. I once contacted her and she never answered the messages nor the phone calls. So if she doesn’t answer the calls, you think she would answer an emergency call? I don’t think so
